Battlefields by Bike in June

Bike your way through the famous battlefields of KwaZulu-Natal with the good people from Fugitives’ Drift Lodges on 1 – 2 June 2012.

Most of the route is on a single track from Fugitives’ Drift, crossing the Buffalo River to Isandlwana where Andrew Rattray will conduct the tour of Isandlwana. Then back in the saddle and on to Rorke’s Drift for the next tour and a picnic lunch before heading back to the Lodge. Non-riders, don’t be discouraged, you are welcome too, and are invited to enjoy the ride from the comfort of the support vehicle!

The Rattrace: More Biking Coming up in September

Join the worthy ride (first launched in 2007) to fundraise for The David Rattray Foundation, which is being held on 22 September. The ride is from Isandlwana to Fugitives’ Drift and will incorporate single track riding, as well as a mountain bike ride on the property the day after the Rattrace. In other words, make a weekend of it and enjoy all the fun.
