The Retreat Programme
Each retreat is a 2-night luxury getaway with an enticing programme of early morning and late afternoon yoga sessions at a nearby venue with wonderful sea views, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the much-loved Reuben’s Restaurant. Accommodation at Abalone House is chic and luxurious with many 5-star comforts.

Yoga Facilitators
Yoga Teachers Justine Barnes, Rosalind Langer and Karen Venter will facilitate the retreats.
They will offer two morning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes inclusive of pranayama techniques, and two evening Restorative Yoga classes, each concluded with a Guided Relaxation.

Early morning breakfast consisting of cereals, fresh fruits, tea / coffee / juices;
Healthy buffet brunch;
Light snacks for afternoon tea;
2-course dinner at night with vegetarian options available.

R1965 per person per night (single or sharing accommodation). There is also a partners-only rate (optional) of R790 per person per night inclusive of breakfast. Minimum two-night stay applies.

Kindly note that a minimum occupancy is required for the Yoga Retreats to be presented. Booking deadlines for the retreats are 14 days prior to the retreat. If the minimum occupancy is not met, guests will be offered alternative retreats that are available.
