Mosaic Lagoon Lodge

Mosaic Lagoon Lodge is an ecological utopia situated between sea and mountains near the village of Stanford. Close to Hermanus and little more than 2 hours from Cape Town, this splendid nature retreat offers idyllic waterside and fynbos scenery, beach and land adventures, and unique birds and plants. Located on the Cape Whale Coast, the lodge is well placed for whale watching, marine tours and shark cage diving, and is also an excellent base from which to venture out into the Overberg wine region. The lodge is a private sanctuary of tranquility, providing just five stone-and-glass suites equipped for luxurious living in nature. These are secluded among milkwood trees on the edge of the Hermanus Lagoon and offer stunning mountain views. Bathrooms have large romantic tub, copper sink and a private outdoor shower for an “African bush” experience. Tree-canopied boardwalks lead to the central leisure and dining areas.
