nThambo Tree Camp

nThambo Tree Camp is a small and very appealing safari camp in Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, offering accommodation in five stilted chalets positioned at eye-level with the trees. The camp provides an outdoor lounge and dining area under thatch, overlooking a plain and small waterhole, and the Drakensberg Mountains beyond. The waterhole brings sightings of warthog, baboons, elephants, and sometimes even lions and leopards. A pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas makes a relaxing leisure and cool-down spot. There is an open-air boma for fireside dining - one of the great safari camp traditions, along with bush dinners in good weather. Guests enjoy rewarding twice-daily safaris - including night drives - in Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, which shares unfenced boundaries with Kruger National Park and where all of the Big 5 roam freely.  Children: 13+ Years Mail us
