Wildehondekloof Private Game Reserve

Wildehondekloof Private Game Reserve is a welcoming wildlife and nature retreat in the Klein Karoo near Oudtshoorn, situated along the Matjiesrivier at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains. The beautiful Wildehondekloof landscape awaits exploration. Sunrise and sunset game drives reveal a variety of antelope on the 4000-hectare game reserve, including zebra, eland, nyala, kudu, gemsbok, impala and springbok. Other activities include mountain biking, guided and self-guided hiking trails, massage treatments and stargazing. There is a barbeque facility and an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, and a boma for congenial outdoor dinners. A swimming pool is a refreshing cooldown option in warm Karoo weather.  Eight Deluxe Rooms and a Presidential Suite are air-conditioned and equipped for comfort, and offer views of the mountains and / or river.
