Darling is situated on the West Coast of the Western Cape, an easy 1-2 hour drive from Cape Town. The area is well known for its flowering bulbs and the immense variety of wild flowers in springtime. Certain of Darling’s flower reserves open their lands to the public for viewing during Spring. Waylands, Duckitt Nurseries and the Tienie Versveld Reserve are well worth visiting.
