LION SANDS GAME RESERVE – Sabi Sand and Kruger National Park
Ivory Lodge and River Lodge at Lion Sands have a dedicated kosher kitchen on site. Three levels of kosher observance are in place, namely kosher “lite”, “medium” and “strict”. The latter provides for a private kosher chef at the lodge for the duration of the guests’ stay to prepare all meals under supervision of a Mashgiach. Costs are levied depending on the level of kosher observance required. Bookings for kosher guests need to be confirmed at least 30 says in advance.
ROYAL MALEWANE – Thornybush Reserve
Royal Malewane is a superb safari sanctuary in the greater Kruger National Park area of South Africa. This magnificent safari lodge offers first-rate kosher dining, much of which takes place outdoors. There is a fully kosher kitchen on site fitted with all the required equipment, and the chefs have been trained in accordance with the Beth Din.
