The Harkerville Cycle Route is the most popular. Permits and maps for this trail are available at the “Garden of Eden” which is situated approximately 17 km from Plettenberg Bay on the N2 to Knysna, or from Thesen Island office. There are various circular trails, which range from easy to difficult, and guided biking trails are also available. Closer to Knysna is the Diepwalle Forest Cycle Route and permits are available at the Diepwalle Forest Station.
