Activities include guided game drives, wilderness walks, sleep-outs, and aromatherapy and reflexology sessions if you’d like them. You are also provided with a radio for your overnight bush stay, after which you will get collected in the morning. Just for a wee taster, here’s Garonga’s Herb and Cheese Bread (from http://garonga.com/recipes/)
•500g self raising flour
•5ml salt
•500ml strong cheddar grated
•500ml buttermilk
•30ml chopped parsley
•20ml chopped chives
•15ml chopped basil
•2ml black pepper
•5ml mixed herbs
•1 egg
Preheat oven to 180°. Place all above ingredients into a large bowl. Beat the buttermilk and egg together and add to the above. Blend together with your hands or a knife. Place into a greased 28cm loaf tin. Oil the knife and cut 1 cm deep line down the length of the loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
